Employee Referral Bonus Program

At USP, LLC we consider our current employees our best source of candidates whenever there is a job opening within the company.

Under the program "Employee Referral Bonus" USP provides a monetary incentive for existing employees to refer qualified external candidates for various position openings. All jobs posted on the bulletin board or the website or learnt about through a source at USP are elligible under the program. If the candidate is hired for a full-time position, and if he/she completes six months of employment with the company, you will be awarded $1,000.00.

The referral bonus will be added to your regular paycheck on the pay period following the new hire’s completion of six months of employment with USP, LLC. The bonus does not apply to those recommended prior to the start date of this revised policy nor does it apply to recommending someone who is already employed at USP, LLC in a different position.

REFERRAL GUIDELINES
  • To submit an employee referral, send us a copy of the prospective candidate’s resume, or an application, or both, to the Human Resource Department.
  • Referral awards are applicable for external candidates only.
  • Employees involved in the hiring and/or decision making process, are not eligible for referral awards for that position.
  • Awards are granted once the new employee completes six months of employment with USP, LLC. Referral bonuses are subject to standard payroll deductions.
  • Only one referral award will be given per candidate. If a candidate is referred by more than one employee, the first referral received will be the one rewarded if the candidate is hired.
